For those that are on the front line of this industry, my hope is that when you read this blog you will smile and you realize that your not alone. If your not in the industry I hope that you will be enlightened. If your one of the bosses removed from the front line, I hope that you are open minded enough to listen and learn. I have worked every aspect of the industry both private and corporate. Its amazing the size of this industry and how many people have worked in it sometime in their life. We are at least 8,000,000 strong this year in this country alone and its time that our story is told.
My daily blogs will be stories of my dealing with customers,staff and those above me. Some of you will find these posts hard to believe, most of you will relate. My intentions by no means is to offend but I'm sure that will happen as well. Please enjoy the stories and anyone that has stories to be told, I would like to hear them.
